Related providers can be linked as members of a Provider Associations Group in the Provider Associations Directory. One Provider is designated as the Primary provider for the group. For example, create a group for a medical practice and make it the primary, then add all of the doctors in that medical practice to the group as members. The groups can be used for generating mass merge mailings, such as letters, labels and forms, as well as for selection criteria in reports. Provider Association groups to which a provider is a member will be displayed on the Provider Associations Tab in a Provider Folder.
The Header Band across the top of the directory window allows you to display or hide the left-hand grid pane using the Hide/Show List button. Navigation buttons are available to easily page through the members in other groups using the navigation arrows. The total number of groups and the number of the current group is displayed.
