The Mini Directories group controls access to the Mini Directories found on the Directory ribbon of Needles . Select the Set All option above the Enabled, Add, Modify and Delete columns to give full access or no access to the directories contained within the Mini Directories group.
If “set all” is used for Add, Modify or Delete, all check boxes under the “Enabled” level for that group will automatically be selected as well.
Only items within a mini directory can be added, modified or deleted. The Add and Delete ribbon buttons will be disabled while in the Mini Directories. Several mini directories contain entries that may not be modified or deleted as they are required by the system.
