Paid To

The Paid To Mini Directory includes the user-defined Paid To codes. This directory provides a standard list of codes for consistency in data entry and is used when entering value transaction information in Needles. The codes are used when tracking transactions that effect a Value item, such as payments, insurance adjustments, write-offs, and interest charges. Some reports, such as Settlement Memos, use the Paid To codes to categorize and group transaction amounts, such as those paid to the Client. The Paid To Mini Directory includes the following two columns of information for each directory item:  Payee and Active.
