The Name Detail group controls access to Address, Phone and Online Account entries on a Provider or Party tab. These permissions are typically assigned in conjunction with a user's permissions for Party and Provider entry. Select the Set All option above the Enabled, Add, Modify and Delete columns to give full access or no access to all the areas controlled by the Name Detail permission group.
If “set all” is used for Add, Modify or Delete, all check boxes under the “Enabled” level for that group will automatically be selected as well.
Below is a list of the permissions that can be set to control access to the Name Details in the Needles program.
