The Intakes group controls access to Intakes in Needles. Select the Set All option above the Enabled, Add, Modify and Delete columns to give full access or no access to all the areas contained within the Intakes group.
If “set all” is used for Add, Modify or Delete, all check boxes under the “Enabled” level for that group will automatically be selected as well.

Additional permissions for assigning rights to intakes belonging to specific Other Staff can be found in Staff Permissions. For example, if you want to limit access to intakes, assign everyone View permissions to other staffs' intakes and deny permissions to Add, Modify and Delete. Then in the Staff Permissions, grant the Add, Modify and Delete permissions to only the specific Others' Intakes to which they should have rights.
