Saving Notes

The Note Topic field is required in order to save a Case Note item and will display a red validation border and icon until a valid Note Topic is selected. Mouseover the validation icon to display the reason for the error.

If Save is triggered from any of the following scenarios and the Note Topic field is blank, the corresponding Invalid Data message will display.

• Clicking the Save button.
• Clicking any of the navigation arrows.
• Clicking the View List button.
• Selecting another Provider Folder tab.
• Closing the Provider Folder.
• Closing Needles.

1. Click OK to return to the Provider Note item and enter the missing information.
2. Click on the Save button on the Provider ribbon to save the Provider Note item.
